Our Story
Premium Slabs and lumber.
Stewards of the Earth.
We grow big trees! 40 Inch walnut pictured. We don’t remove trees unless they are declining or dead.
Our family has been proudly and carefully managing our land in the great state of Indiana since 1985, with a specialization in growing and cultivating walnut timber using the latest forestry practices. With a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Purdue University, my passion is to be a responsible steward of the earth. Accomplished by careful and responsible management of our family forestland and salvaging urban rescue lumber in order to keep what society sees as "waste" out of the landfill. This comes with the added benefits of sequestering carbon and creating beautiful works of art out of what nature has produced. My goal is to offer the best lumber, with minimal impact. To top it all off, all our lumber has been kiln dried in a solar kiln, meaning no greenhouse gasses are produced.

We are more than just lumber. For decades we have been caring for our little spot on earth.
